There are several ways to prevent bolt loosening:
Hydraulic wrench can be divided into three kinds: friction, direct locking and broken thread movement.
1.Friction and prevention: produce a positive pressure that does not change with the external force between the thread pair to produce a friction force that prevents the relative rotation of the thread pair.
This positive pressure can be achieved by axial or lateral or simultaneous double thread tightening.
2.Direct locking: use the stop parts to directly limit the relative rotation of the thread pair. 3.Disruption of the thread movement relationship: after tightening, the punching point, welding, bonding and other methods are adopted, so that the thread pairs lose its movement characteristics and the connection becomes a non-detachable connection.
Using fine tooth thread, using its small rising Angle to achieve friction anti-loosening, or while taking two anti-loosening methods, complement each other, are a better design idea. One of the reasons why the thread diameter is more than 10 mm and many mechanical bolt nuts bear the variable load, all use thin teeth.
